Shop Review: Sauvignon Blanc is the fabled grape of
both Bordeaux Blanc and the Loire Valley (Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume). This varietal exhibits aromas of musk melon,
pine, and grass. The finish is zesty and
citrus-like, and goes very well with chicken and seafood.
My Review: This Sauvignon Blanc is pale hay in
color. It had aromas of melon, pineapple
and mangos. It tastes like sweet
pineapple and other tropical fruits, with a slightly tart taste as well. Overall, it was very tropical in both aroma
and taste.
I had this wine
alone without any food.
